The herd is more miserable by the year as they ingest their programming, but they can't conceive of rejecting it.
My brother is a good example: has lots of $, but is not happy. I am much less materially wealthy, but he seems to be made angry by my stoicism. Hmmm.
IDEALIST THINKS WE SHOULD CRUSH THE SYSTEM AND ELEVATE THE PROLETARIAT, A REALIST KNOWS THAT EVEN WHEN SYSTEM IS CRUSHED, THE PROLES CANNOT BE ELEVATED TO APPRECIATE MORE THAN BREAD AND CIRCUSES
That's a criticism of Marxism I guess
What's the point
is there a question: how much value is there in trying to create a new elite who care enough to guide the masses in a better direction.
Displace the current system and elites who run it for their fun and amusement with one that actually cares to foster the well-being and future of a particular people?
The fascists, obviously, thought they were doing that, and were to some extent in my book.
What direction
specifically
?
Natural born elites understand "what matters"
Thats what makes them eites
They have an understanding of the world that goes beyond the whims and sudden outbursts of popular anxiety
right
An elite that has such an udnerstanding would never for example give such an importance and priority to economy that it enjoys today
Fascists in many respects have had a healthy outlook
@༺པརབྱར།བསངཇ༻ That's the problem, no? The Fascists and Nat'l Socialists did try to evaluate the problem and come up with a catalog of "what matters." One can argue with their conclusions, but they did not make the economy the most important thing.
what is the most important thing
I was arguing with a young alt-right friend who ran for office here in MN. He just couldn't understand why you shouldn't exploit the workers/masses.
He's not there yet. He has little empathy yet, is totally into Nietzche, but is really lacking something. A bit sociopathic. Unmoored.
I don't claim to know.
@diversity_is_racism has some good ideas. 😉
what matters
what is important
?
The elites understand that there is an order in nature that simply "is"
Not should be
The conviction that hierarchy of things must exist
That superior things have to be really superior, and inferior really inferior
And that it is their natural order
Aristocratic forms of government are established in obediance of this sacred principle
So what matters is hierarchy
?
Economy, as merely a form of exchange, therefore is absolutely subjected to *qualitative* relationis, which are personal
Economy as a quantitative form of exhange, therefore cannot supress and replace a qualitative organization, which is abstractly and theoretically, the state itself
Aristocratic state is nothing else but it's elite and of course, the religion
Aristocratic state is therefore this *quality* itself
What makes something superior to something else rather than, say, different
"we the people" is just a bushwacking drivel
Quite frankly spoken, the superior in terms of these castes, is essentially a personal quality
