My father-in-law had to almost take out a big negro intruder who broke into his back door last summer, in a good area. Luckily the thief fled when he saw him.
In my good area, garages are broken into all the time. Someone tried to break into our garage last fall - the door frame was broken, but the thief must have been suprised annd took off.
