What is your traditionalist capitalism fix for the fact that food companies are incentivized to feed you dyed corn syrup instead of food, because it is vastly cheaper? How will market dynamics plus whatever interventions you propose fix that?

you're not accounting for the quality of the product delivered, what people are willing to accept, forces that act to enforce quality etc.

why would a traditionalist state regulated by culture etc. not be liable to be sold 10,000 hamburgers that are half soy?
