it contains numerous other symbols

and only as such aer they traditionally comprehended, and the goal of all training is to perceive these higher truths, to receive "bliss", "enlightenment" call it whatever you will

this is no mandate

there is no heavenly reward or punishment for this

heavenly punishment and reward

are also

symbolic concepts, important for traditional teachings

and not to be understood in a literal sense

the belief that the path of being rejoined to the "center" let's call it, necessarily includes the survival of your phantom ego, a transitory, impermanent sensation, is folly

what people consider the most important aspect of everything, which is their "me" as becoming, to borrow from Germans, is nothing but a short lived sensatory tickle

It's almost unbelievable how people are not aroused to thinking when they are told that one and the same force is also dedicated to their creation as is to theri destruction

Their primary instict is to immediatelly negate the later, that is destruction

Still, all traditional teachings always speak of it in a quite fatalistic sense, as something that must be, and accept it as a fact of life

And then they go towards the third path, beyond birth and death
