🤔

CURVATURE ZERO PROOF WITH SCIENTIFIC METHOD:
You're observing ships going over the horizon, you have one hypothesis if the earth is a sphere, then ships travelling away from you will eventually disappear from view hull first.
You are now flipping it around with a null hypothesis sayign if the earth is a sphere, then ships travellign away from you WILL NOT eventually disapepar from view hull first.
You are putting the cart before the horse, the dependentt variable, the effect : ships disapepar hull first, independent variable, the cause: spherical earth
In order to reject/falsify the null hypothesis you MUST be able to physically manipulate the independent variable
Can anyone manipulate the Earth?
Do you see the problem with your null hypothesis of "I can see ships disappearing hull first over the horizon, the earth must be a sphere"
You are preaching an invalid scientific inquiry, a non sequitur fallacy and pseudoscience all at the same time.

You can't prove the cause of bottom up occultaion of ships disappearing from view hull first is due to spherical earth, can you @Tying a noose brb | Zana ?

Yep, you haven't scientifically proven the cause of bottom up occultation is due to spherical earth

2019-03-20 17:50:05 UTC

by definition you have no proof because you can't show cause and effect

What is up @A Search for Roche's Rifle good to see you old friend

@A Search for Roche's Rifle I don't know they found crabs on Mars, so maybe

@A Search for Roche's Rifle - how're u doing today brother 👍 ....

2019-03-20 17:54:05 UTC

One of the best documented methods for determining the Earth's roundness was first performed (to our knowledge) by the ancient Greeks. This was achieved by comparing the shadows of sticks in different locations. When the sun was directly overhead in one place, the stick there cast no shadow. At the same time in a city around 500 miles north, the stick there did cast a shadow.

2019-03-20 17:54:19 UTC

I'm legit just curious. How do you explain solar eclipses

and---his math/equations ..work the SAME for a close/local sun . and..you can conduct the SAME THING in a small, dark room , ..with a lightbulb

on the ceiling, (or handheld "Flashlight) etc--&..some "pens" or something,..on the floor ..

2019-03-20 17:54:53 UTC

@Saramy Moon goes in front of the sun probably

2019-03-20 17:54:58 UTC

although I can't show cause and effect

2019-03-20 17:55:03 UTC

It's only observational

2019-03-20 17:55:13 UTC

Ow yeah i forgot the sun is smaller than the earth in ur world

2019-03-20 17:55:14 UTC

@мιяαgє plus with the internet, men have a lack of interest.
