I want to push it to trial. Not sure if I need a new lawyer or not, but my lawyer was pretty passionate about ripping them up. He was a fellow veteran. But when they came back with the witness statement, he looked so defeated and told me no matter what we do, they'll take the side of the witness and a trial might force the jail time on me. Even if I took the stand.

And obstruction because I got defensive and told him to fuck off and stop him from grabbing me. He took his baton out and came at me with it when I backed up.

Believe me, we had this case set. We had them fucked, but the witness destroyed my case.
It's over, Mad Phil obviosly didn't get jailed, the Judge gave him some fine or something and realises this is a non-case and is just an extra tax

@FALKON It wasn't what was said, it was the fact that they had a witness, either way. The judge said exactly what my lawyer said he would and that the witness has no reason to lie.
