2018-09-18 11:27:19 UTC

2018-09-18 11:51:57 UTC

2018-09-18 13:35:54 UTC

Ok liberal

2018-09-23 20:47:47 UTC

Do 9 pushups then 5 seconds of rest
Then do 1 pushup followed by 5 seconds of rest
Then do 8 with 5 seconds of rest
Then do 2 with 5 seconds of rest
Continue this concept until you've flipped all the way through
It should be 200 pushups by the end

For a greater challenge you can increase from 10 to 20 pushups....or more

2018-09-25 15:27:23 UTC

i have an axe and recently cut down a very small tree with my skinny arms

2018-09-25 15:27:27 UTC

it was good fun

2018-09-27 21:08:25 UTC

13 not fat but I'm genuinely fucking terrified of gaining weight started going gym dis my first month I lost 6kg and I'm starting to see good results when it comes to strength it's the first time this week I benched 20kg

2018-09-27 21:09:15 UTC

20kg each side or total

2018-09-27 21:09:21 UTC

2018-09-27 21:10:54 UTC

I don't speak pounds and I did it with the bar your supposed to bench with not the bar off the rack

2018-09-27 21:11:10 UTC

Gripped it wide so I can do chest

2018-09-27 21:11:47 UTC

grip it close for biceps first tbh

2018-09-27 21:12:29 UTC

It when it comes to biceps I do bicep curls with 20 to 25 kg

2018-09-27 21:13:08 UTC

you should be able to press more than that then

2018-09-27 21:13:52 UTC

Well I can't because the bar is really long and also weighs like a few kg

2018-09-27 21:14:09 UTC

bar is probably 45 pounds (pretty much 20 kilos)

2018-09-27 21:16:53 UTC
