Effectively, all Western music revolved around Germany. It was either written in Germany or in a Germanic style (like Chopin for example).

and what about the french and italians
it couldn't have existed without German music
French were writing in a germanic style until the late 19th century
which is a good style too
but it all revolved around the heart of Europe, Germany

its the germanic style regardless
