when contacted by the defendants' lawyers, the special counsel didn't even follow the correct procedure to reply

meanwhile the defendants are requesting a HILARIOUS amount of information in discovery

and since the SC office fucked the pooch on the procedural rules, when they asked for additional time (the continuance) the court was like LOL no you faggot

Wednesday ought to be an absolute shitshow

in all likelihood this case will never go to trial. the special counsel will probably have to drop the charges, a truly humiliating outcome
