I'm zen af when I respond to scenes on 911 shifts. Idgaf what happens. I just focus on what needs to be done, because I know a panicked state will affect the patients outcome. I think it's my ADD honestly. In high pressure emergency situations, as long as I have pre existing training, a calm comes over me
