Eh, I suppose that's a possibility. If this 'super traffic jam' can happen though i imagine this would have a negative impact on both the UK and the EU's commerce, so I don't think an agreement regarding this is far off personally.
Although I seriously doubt this 'doomsday' level traffic jam will occur regardless.
