Canada has a black prime minister after all

2019-10-05 17:47:41 UTC

Understandable

2019-10-05 17:47:49 UTC

Canada is like opposite day U.S.

2019-10-05 17:49:34 UTC

@Cobra Commander The reasoning behind it is anti Americanism

2019-10-05 17:49:45 UTC

which starts to make more sense

2019-10-05 17:49:47 UTC

but still

2019-10-05 17:51:54 UTC

anti Americanism?

2019-10-05 17:53:05 UTC

Their pride with their country correlates with their hatred for both Britain and the US

2019-10-05 17:53:13 UTC

which they deem too conservative

2019-10-05 17:53:20 UTC

interesting

2019-10-05 17:53:52 UTC

@Cobra Commander they're bullying me in <#542037236053442561> again

2019-10-05 17:53:54 UTC

so sad

2019-10-05 17:54:23 UTC

F

2019-10-09 01:26:29 UTC

US is pretty right wing compared to Canada and Europe. Drawing direct parallels is an error.

2019-10-09 01:27:33 UTC

Yeah

2019-10-09 03:30:39 UTC

The boomers fucked is all over

2019-10-10 02:18:01 UTC

Name me 1 time that the climate DIDNT change????!!!!!

2019-10-10 02:21:51 UTC

That's what we have standard deviation for

2019-10-10 02:22:28 UTC

I mean to account for random fluctuations in the climate

2019-10-10 03:09:21 UTC

We hardly know what should even be considered normal

2019-10-10 03:10:11 UTC

Based on our observations, the climate is not effected by things like CO2 in the ways previously theorized though

2019-10-10 03:10:58 UTC

Infact, we have good reason to believe that human activity only marginally effects atmospheric CO2 concentration

2019-10-10 03:11:08 UTC

it's not even the main contributor

2019-10-10 03:11:19 UTC

things like volcanos put more into the atmosphere than all of mankind

2019-10-10 03:11:49 UTC

a lot of people say its CO2 because of graphs and stuff, but having 4 feet of snow, especially in the summer in the US, there has to be something that contributes to this

2019-10-10 03:12:07 UTC

i agree with you on skepticism on CO2

2019-10-10 03:12:30 UTC

we still have a primitive understanding of how weather even works

2019-10-10 03:17:31 UTC

we're good at forecasting weather in the short run though

2019-10-10 03:20:20 UTC

Not that good. We look at weather and try to guess what it will do based on how weather patterns have acted in the past.

2019-10-10 03:20:52 UTC

But it is often unpredictable. We only predict part of what it does if anything.

2019-10-10 03:21:04 UTC

^ thats what i meant

2019-10-10 03:23:07 UTC

hurricane dorian was a good example of this

2019-10-10 03:24:32 UTC

because of how difficult it was to track down dorian's path

2019-10-10 03:28:25 UTC

Computer simulations are actually pretty accurate at predicting the weather, considering how many variables there are.

2019-10-10 03:28:58 UTC

They have state of the art supercomputers crunching numbers.

2019-10-10 03:30:29 UTC

There isn't really some guy sitting there looking at pictures of clouds, guessing at what might happen next lol

2019-10-10 03:31:41 UTC

Unless you're the president - then just pull out a sharpie and do whatever you want to troll the American people.

2019-10-10 13:09:11 UTC

GG @babyfriend1, you just advanced to level 5!
