And should die
That doesn’t inherently mean actual political weakness, just that they’ve been rejected
I mean I don't think she's said anything particularly meritous so far myself
Why have they been rejected?
In a gruesome way
nah don't say things like that Galecio
It’s that revanchism is a core part of the ethos
we should hope that she comes to truth
I do
In a guillotine
such a waste
Somebody would infer that it's because of them not being able to keep up with society.
GG @Throttles, you just advanced to level 3!
French style
Meeting brb
ok
suh throttles
yo wassup bro
how've ya been? I heard you on the hinduism vc the other day
Yeah yeah I'm good
nice, had to take a break?
ngl what you were saying about fascism goes over my head
for something I supposedly am I know very little about it
No no my old account got disabled
oh rats
Fascism is basically Giovanni Gentile's idea
and the best book you'll find for that is The Theory of Mind as Pure Act, his book on it. It's the political application of his "actual idealism".
I see
why do you think people call trump a fascist?
I think calling people a label instead of making a real assessment is kind of a cop-out
labels ruin everything
many of them are just buzzwords now
well yeah it's lost all meaning anymore... "racist" or "nazi" amounts to about as much as "they disagreed with one thing I said"
Blanketing people as being that is typically very lazy and doesn't do anything to further debate, regardless of whether you agree with a person's position or heavily disagree
When I debated holocaust deniers for instance I don't just say "fuck you you're an anti-semite", I deconstruct their arguments and explain my argument regarding the validity of their claims. Using swears and insults and whatnot doesn't further anything or persuade people to change their views, all it does is worsen the situation
Surprisingly the holocaust deniers i debated against were relatively civil
denying it even happened or do they just think the numbers were exaggerated
I've heard some of the arguments in passing... I don't blame people for wanting to investigate it further to be frank
"what is this weapon that was used to kill millions of people, how did its design work"
I don't think questioning that or anything in particular is wrong per se, but from my experience it's typically coincided with people wanting to use it as a justification to allow a holocaust to occur today or just a general form of anti-semitism.
