I recognize you don’t understand economics
The article isn’t saying what you’re claiming.
But that’s neither here nor there
It is actually
I recommend you read more carefully

> The Trump administration will pay for the coronavirus response in part by cutting funds from other health programs, including one that pays for heating and cooling assistance for the poor.
> Of the $136 million the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) plans to transfer from other health programs to bolster the coronavirus response, $37 million will come from the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, according to a notice sent to Congress Tuesday night by the agency and obtained by The Hill.
> HHS will make several other transfers, including $63 million from the National Institutes of Health and $4.9 million from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, which funds mental health and substance abuse treatment and prevention.
The Dow is rising as we speak
Wtf can’t libtards just get education
A)This isn’t all social programs that you were intending
B) The effects of fighting the disease via CDC outweigh anything on the poorer classes.
The NIH and CDC are two separate organizations under the HHS so no it is incorrect to claim that the NIH is part of the CDC, though there is obviously collaboration between the two.
Look it’s just crazy trump could give a trillion dollars to fight the coronavirus and it wouldn’t be enough Nancy Pelosi Shumer they truly hate this president more than they want to help the sick people with the awful virus
Periods please.

@Cobra Commander That's like arguing that a cut to the Department of Education isn't a cut because the program was put under the Department of Health and vice versa. Pretty much nitpicking. The truth of the matter is that there were cuts, the costed cut was to the tune of 30 million. Will people die because of it in America? No, because it is a contained illness for now. Do politicians want to overhype the extent of it? Yep. That's politics.

@NewRogernomics I doubt the axing of the department would do anything much negative.
It'll save funds though, or has.
CDC is already equipped to take care of these situations, we don't need more useless departments
Currently in the worst stock market crash since 2008
#thankstrump
GG @Kapitein Kanker, you just advanced to level 1!

Sophie must be an NPC.
lol what stock market crash
tf you on about
Coronavirus caused the DOW to drop little over 1000 points.
Hardly a "crash"
It looks like a blip on the scale, while the 2008 event looks like a dive.
Yeah
You literally can't blame trump for this
I’m not blaming him for anything but eating my ass
He’s very persistent
Dow futures turned from positive to negative during Trump’s coronavirus news conference
Obviously yes, it’s trump’s fault
If he had been prepared this could have been staved off
DOW futures turned negative because the CDC confirmed community spreading.
Trumpers have been giving him credit for Obama’s economy for 3 years, Trump owns this crash 100%
Hahahha right.
That had already happened
It happened after DOW futures were positive.
