so you can look woke

2020-03-15 03:53:43 UTC

what do they do to gays in Saudi Arabia?

2020-03-15 03:53:54 UTC

I'm just expressing my experience. To be a Muslim, you practice the Five Pillars. None of them talk about Sharia, which is mostly based on interpretations after Muhammed's death.

2020-03-15 03:54:02 UTC

Christianity big gay

2020-03-15 03:54:20 UTC

You can’t even do anything in monotheistic religions

2020-03-15 03:54:26 UTC

There are so many rules

2020-03-15 03:54:34 UTC

Saudi Arabia is under the yoke of a fundamentalist interpretation of Islam

2020-03-15 03:54:35 UTC

Christians aren't tossing gays off buildings last I checked though

2020-03-15 03:54:53 UTC

Not in this era at least

2020-03-15 03:54:54 UTC

yes, yes, I'm aware

2020-03-15 03:55:02 UTC

you are bringing nothing new to the discussion

2020-03-15 03:55:15 UTC

When do I ever tho tbh

2020-03-15 03:55:19 UTC

not you

2020-03-15 03:55:22 UTC

Ah

2020-03-15 03:56:05 UTC

The issue are fundamentalist zealots. Islam is not unique having those. Christianity has them. Buddhism has them. Hinduism has them. Judeism has them. Religious fundamentalism is the cancer, the form is irrelevant.

> According to the survey findings, most Muslims believe sharia is the revealed word of God rather than a body of law developed by men based on the word of God.

2020-03-15 03:56:44 UTC

> In 17 of the 23 countries where the question was asked, at least half of Muslims say sharia is the revealed word of God.

2020-03-15 03:57:25 UTC

Fundamentalist Zealots aren't a bad thing, it just depends on the religion

2020-03-15 03:57:28 UTC

Most Christians would say the same thing about the Book of Leviticus. That doesn't mean we follow it today. Even many Jews take a considered interpretation of many of the lines in Leviticus.

2020-03-15 03:57:28 UTC

GG @DrYuriMom, you just advanced to level 9!

2020-03-15 03:57:52 UTC

are there parts of the world where Christians are still killing homosexuals?

2020-03-15 03:57:57 UTC

Yes

2020-03-15 03:58:00 UTC

where

2020-03-15 03:58:02 UTC

Africa

2020-03-15 03:58:07 UTC

lol

2020-03-15 03:58:11 UTC

wow

2020-03-15 03:58:22 UTC

And the US, on more than a few occasions

2020-03-15 03:58:34 UTC

anyway, enjoy your wokeness

2020-03-15 03:58:58 UTC

@Deleted User

What you do by bringing those people in is bring their culture in, and I like my own culture

Pretty sure that's how the native americans felt. the US is basically a country of immigrants, and even the people who live in it now aren't natives.

2020-03-15 03:59:32 UTC

if you can't defend something, it isn't yours

2020-03-15 03:59:35 UTC

I've studied the history of Baghdad in the dark ages. We owe Islam so much. Algebra, our star names, even our numbers - all came from Islam.

2020-03-15 04:00:02 UTC

My experience is that differences enrich us.

2020-03-15 04:00:10 UTC

move to an Islamic country and run around without a Burka on

2020-03-15 04:00:11 UTC

@kurae. I don't support removing the natives from America

2020-03-15 04:00:13 UTC

And we are lessened by xenophobia.

2020-03-15 04:00:33 UTC

they seem moderate because they are the minority here

2020-03-15 04:00:34 UTC

I think that they should be able to live in America, but the problem with that is that they moved constantly

2020-03-15 04:00:41 UTC

They constantly took land from each other too

2020-03-15 04:00:56 UTC

Most muslim countries are led by zealots. Much as the US is right now.
