The way I describe the Gender thing as someone with biochem and genetics in my toolbox is. Gender is a role in which a sex takes on due to the traits that sex has. However, due to the fact we no longer discriminate between sexes and teach girls and boys both male and female advantageous activities; gender has essentially been wiped from existence.

@TheNobody I say kid's because that's where this whole gender identity begins. By the time you're an adult you're pretty well fixed as to who you are. I guess you could say that, but kids are essentially treated the same unless it comes to a specific sex related thing, like toilets or puberty.

Depends on the criteria. Overall there is, 0.81 female to 1.00 male.
However, peer to peer it barely registers (plus or minus 3 cents.)
Problem is gender dominated employment such as farming, construction, and such.
