The problem with the gender pay gap is that they compare people with completely different roles within their businesses to eachother

for example if a trans what to go to military, the medical examiner will check if they have some sort of depression or mental illness, but the case is the medical examiners just accept trans of how they feel, trans will say how they feel and then the medical examiners will just check off and there off to war.
