Anyway as I was saying, equal rights between genders already exists, at least legally. The inequality that does exist in law is certainly not against women, however.

But, otherwise, I really don't see any inequality towards women in our society. Young girls are told they can grow up to do anything they want, females make up around 50% of college attendants IIRC, there are STEM scholarships specifically for young girls and programs to promote girls to enter a field of science.
If a girl has access to all of the above, but she still chooses to go to college for Cosmetology, then that's the choice of the person, not the forced belief of society that all girls can do is cook, raise a family, and do makeup.

No.
The first iteration being men and women in the same position have a pay difference between gender, the second being women are treated differently in the workplace therefore they are not promoted / given the same chances, and the third being that society from the very beginning raises girls to be docile and less competitive therefore society is at fault.
When you compare men and women in equivalent positions, they largely earn the same, depending on the industry, but it also goes both ways

The fact it, there is no large conspiracy to pay women less. If a company could get away with hiring only women who did their work just as well as the men but pay them less, every major company would be heavily female.
It's simple economics. Companies have to be profitable, so anything to increase those profit margins can and will be done.
