which has gotten wages rising

Germany are subsidizing the wrong college majors

Right now theyre beginning to limit what kind of subsidized funding to your tutition depending on what you are majoring in now

America has a similar situation

So the government is granting debt forgiveness to all future teachers(as long as you have a teaching job you can immediately apply)
