Gun laws only punish law abiding citizens not criminals. criminals will get guns one way or another. if they can't get a gun they will find other weapons to harm people with. The Second Amendment was intended to keep the government in check. It is part of the Checks and Balances the founders wrote into the constitution. We currently have a corrupt government that does not fear the people. We do not have a gun problem we have a people problem.

because if that is the case then shouldn't we be looking closer at mental health issues?

We should be looking into the social aspects of society and get to the root cause that is ultimatly emitting this effect of mass shootings. Isolating individuals and not allowing thm to openly express their concerns is going to result in consequences for society.

Everybody has issues its a very small percentage that actually allow these vigilante thoughts to circulate in their head an cause them to ultimatly do somthing horrible as a result whether its suicde, shooting, or and other violent or bad outcome.

I agree with @!GoldenKingship! to an extent, if women want to join the military than they should be able to (National guard only maybe other branches of they're better than most recruits)
