Please keep in mind that Robert Putnam is just as much of a bleeding heart liberal as you are.

Social media like instagram, facebook, twitter cause narcassism

Studies find that people who who spend alot of time alone are more likely to lie and cheat

Is it that the more diverse the population the more are they inclined to use social media


While alot of questions do need to be answered was it because of diversity or does
Diversity corellate with social media usage

Or is it that less diverse societies have a more traditional point of view so helping and charity is encouraged

Im very sceptic with the fact that diversity is the culprit for less charity

Well according to a study by sociologists Dr. James Laurence and Dr. Lee Bentley published in the Oxford academic (it’s in the list) diversity is the cause for tension between groups. But I’d argue that Social media through mass alienation and disinformation creates tension within groups. The two are correlated, but that is because both are products of modernity, not that a decrease in social cohesion between groups is caused by the rise of social media.

Diversity was the Culprit for less social cohesion in Hati, in Austro-Hungary and in modern day South Africa.

But these dog race autists want 100% purity

Humans do have this flaw too

Except it takes centuries compared to years to notice the effect on humans

Race purity in general is gross

The problem with dog race is that they are adapting to their environment

That is forever changing

Then you have humans trying to selectively breed them not by environment but by aesthetics

You can argue that humans themselves are an environmental pressure in thaf they'll keep dogs they find aesthetically pleasing and kill dogs they don't, just like a predator would kill some dogs and not others

@The Lemon of course as humans are animals whats strange is that we have this halo that diffrentiates us from other species
And this halo is made by how comfortable we are in our current scenario
and the lack of the need to survive

But humans arent logical beings
