I'd beg to differ, fertility rates in poorer countries are higher and over time they decrease as the country becomes more developed. If you look at the birthrates of mulsim immigrants in the uk compared to UK natives there is little difference and the immigrant fertility rate is decreasing steadily still. The reason why black fertility rates are seen as higher is because african countries are on average poorer than western and european countries and therefore have higher birth rates

But my point is that it in reality has nothing to do with race and has more to do with the economic situation that people find themselves in therefore when non white people come to the UK their fertility rates reduce to simmilar to the national average because they find themselves in a similar economic situation to the native population therefore its not any kind of reason to not want people of different races in your country

well I'm not European so I can not talk too much

but in my opinion immigration should be somewhat controlled not by the color of skin but by religion for example a Jew and a Christian would live good but the Muslim should at least be watched or sent to a shelter until things normalize in their country
