i mean its wierd i did it for months one time and i noticed that

thing with me that always killed me is I get so godawful hungry

My BMR was like 2,400 I think

Then you don't need to starve to create a caloric deficit man. You can avoid sodium, sugar, etc. Still eat 2k a day and just walk 10k steps and you'd be fine. I did deficit hard and lost a pound a day for 3 weeks.
I was only taking on 1200 calories a day
And burning about 3800 total
