Basically it’s low carb, high protein and low calorie
So you take ranchloads and eat lettuce all day?
Low calorie is the only thing that matters, and even that is relative to your activity. What is your BMR?
Low Carb is one of those things, some days you'll bust with energy
others youll feel like you want to sleep

Man I was imagining you chuffing down Churchills and Maduros
Then you don't need to starve to create a caloric deficit man. You can avoid sodium, sugar, etc. Still eat 2k a day and just walk 10k steps and you'd be fine. I did deficit hard and lost a pound a day for 3 weeks.
I was only taking on 1200 calories a day
And burning about 3800 total
Tfw I need to gain weight back
