So today I am starting my training with my plate carrier. Fast walking a two mile loop
Then 20 pushups in carrier
pullup in carrier is my fave

Im the only scrawny one in my 4 person family and they need 2% so thats what we have
2% is what i drink when cutting but any is better than none
just gotta increase cal intake
and lift alot
