Im the only scrawny one in my 4 person family and they need 2% so thats what we have
2% is what i drink when cutting but any is better than none
just gotta increase cal intake

Filling two 5gallon buckets with 80lbs cement each and setting the bar inside. I can lift more than that on each of my lifts but I guess I’ll do higher reps.
Maybe I’ll attempt steinborn squats while I’m at it
