There are people that would kill for less, but I'm certain the guy would have gotten a good beating for raping a child. It just doesn't seem sufficient enough to claim the video is anything credible. It shows something went down, but will have to wait and see, the girl should be giving some kind of testimony, there ought to be security cameras at least showing both going into the bathroom at the same time, and a DNA test will definitely go a long way. I'm sure all 3 of those are not unreasonable to want before giving judgement.
