I've had a similar (on a much smaller scale) experience to Kevin Freese.
I had to fire someone who lied on his CV and as a result caused the company to lose clients because he couldn't do the work. He would literally just sit and stare at his computer screen all day.
It was a nightmare because it was so hard to let this guy go. Plus, he tried to appeal and it was this whole long drawn out process. On the one hand you feel like garbage having to fire someone, but you know they can't do the work and you can't trust them. 😦

Yeah state of shitty education, and the government covers it up by making it such a pain in the arse, implying the employer failed the employee... Redirecting the blame and shit.

He was pretty chilled which was admirable, but throwing the first punch was bullshit on the teachers part, it really looks like that is what the kid wanted. But whatever, this is insanity though. @ZombieQueen yeah i was a really good analysis, not just amother opinion video but a video that does explain and make valid comparisons, such as the community being stuck in a high school phase.
