I've just always seen it as a form of expression either personally or culturally....Like with the beginning of the Naval\Maritime tattoos..History and Culture of Tattooing interests me most because of the vast differences in stylization and tattooing methods worldwide.

The man on his right tiddy kinda looks a bit like Lenin to me for some reason also, I mean a Stalin and Lenin combo would make sense, but I can't accurately tell if it's Lenin 100%
Definitely done by different artists though because the likeness of Stalin is pretty spot on..unmistakable..whoever did the Lenin likeness couldn't get the details exact which is funny because the Stalin tat is smaller in scale, but has better identifying definition.
lol I would imagine prison must be boring, and they need to find ways to entertain themselves, and some folks are artisitic, though I doubt they paid the artist to advertise the art lol

I've had a similar (on a much smaller scale) experience to Kevin Freese.
I had to fire someone who lied on his CV and as a result caused the company to lose clients because he couldn't do the work. He would literally just sit and stare at his computer screen all day.
It was a nightmare because it was so hard to let this guy go. Plus, he tried to appeal and it was this whole long drawn out process. On the one hand you feel like garbage having to fire someone, but you know they can't do the work and you can't trust them. 😦
Yeah state of shitty education, and the government covers it up by making it such a pain in the arse, implying the employer failed the employee... Redirecting the blame and shit.
defended himself by throwing the first punch? i think that was a disgrace, not very honorable. He was pretty chilled which was admirable, but throwing the first punch was bullshit on the teachers part, it really looks like that is what the kid wanted. But whatever, this is insanity though. Would have been better if he instead grabbed the kid and pulled him over a table or his lap and spanked him, kid would have been humiliated then and be put in his place... should have opted for that lol
