@Meerkat_RSA hulle is op die server, en daar is nie 'n reΓ«l teen dit nie.
I don't claim a genocide is actively ongoing, but i do point out the similarities of events and behavior leading up to other groups that were genocided or attempted...
@Sheamus literally rule number 2. No spamming, advertising or self promotion.
as a farmer in the middle of nowhere in Limpopo with no real security or ability to afford security for my family or farm animals that get killed by snares all the time i find it morally difficult to set up any type of charity/patreon or ask people for help i just cant bring myself to do it.
@Darkseid really? I don't remember that, maybe was updated at some point, i see alot of promotions and advertising though.
I suppose no one really spams though so it isn't annoying
This group is rather relaxed though, not entirely a bad thing, freedom of speech goes a long way to making it enjoyable
@Charlsc03 yeah, I'm not bothered by it, but does come off spammy the way it's pushed out and getting in the way of conversation at times. Though Apolo did remove and repost at times to keep responses together etc. Again I'm not complaining.
@Sheamus Memes are rather a form of discord commentary mixed with comedic relief
I mean as you can see discord seems to get pretty tense...so your boys drop some memes to lower the tension
@Stefan Thanks
GG @Laurynne Gouws, you just advanced to level 1!
Lol i actually like a flowing conversation, much like what we often get into. Wish it could be more productive in that sense @Darkseid
@Sheamus Never going to happen, too many stakeholders in each conversation
Radical left, radical right, radical centrists..
Radical centre...
@Rendier i bet it would be way more chilled if we all had 4 degrees (4Β°) get it? lol π
sorry couldn't resist heehee π
Looking forward to the live chat tonight
Me: 4 degrees to the centre of right lol
@Laurynne Gouws Hi Laurynne, are you aware of the international campaigns the ANC ran to garner international support that eventually brought down the Apartheid government? In his video Renaldo clearly states that he does not care what people think of him due to his statements on BlackMonday, is this still his stance? What exactly is the problem now?
International scrutiny would be the best thing that can happen to SA, literally everyone except the corrupt would benefit should the international community start asking questions, it starts with farm murders but ends up with questions like "why exactly is the crime rate so high?" leading to the discussion of poverty which, in turn, turns into "where is the money disappearing to?" "Why were the Komandos (who patrolled and secured the rural/farming communities) disbanded?"
Just like charity starts at home, you start with the issues closest to you, the ones you are most passionate about. Being passionate about one thing does not diminish the importance of the other. I don't condemn people protesting violence against women and children because "all violence is bad".
Perhaps you can afford to go abroad and lobby, I can't. But I appreciate your attempt to dissuade, it encourages and inspires because if "change" means losing the last Afrikaans schools, over 100 race-based labour laws, open discrimination against a minority, the expropriation of property based on the colour of skin and the constant browbeating then I say oppose that "change" and would rather fight for something that benefits ALL of South Africa.
@Billy Chiltong you are clearly very clued up. Why not start a YouTube channel?
the anc did not deserve the international sympathy in the past .
@Billy Chiltong The thing is i am in a Afrikaans school. (It was Afrikaans ande English until 1975 when a English school opened). I am white and Afrikaans and me as an matric learner is the one who get fucked by the law but i still don't blame black people but i blame the anc. I agree race based laws are shit. It is not the fault of the race but the law makers.
the anc terrorists of the people
they are economic terrorist
@Meerkat_RSA Almost like you can't blame people who are too young to have ever voted for Apartheid for the laws that were enacted by a government decades ago?
i can blame people for voting yes in the referendum
especially those who fled the country after realizing what voting yes meant
@Billy Chiltong you can't blame the born free youth for apartheid. You can just blame the apartheid gov. And i think there where a few white people who where against apartheid but didn't speak up. Cuz they might of lost their jobs. I
@Billy Chiltong - We are not lobbying overseas. We are not discouraging you from speaking up or having a cause. I wish more people actually had a backbone in this country. I am saying ... You don't have to try to trample on someone in order to to get above them. If your message is on point, those who hear you will listen. If your voice is a genuine one, then those who hear will believe. You do not have to go about it in a stabbing fashion and try to discredit someone who is strongly against murder - MURDER OF EVERY HUMAN, simply because they ask "Why do you only care about one race?" You don't have to try to attack one branch of the fight just so you can try to prove your fight is more important. Yes. You start with the issues closest to you. To me, that's Renaldo and the fact that you used a cutting from his video from October 2017 and merged it with footage taken over the course of the last few months and and cry "Look this guy is against us and our cause" is the problem. If you want to try to convince me that your video was not an effort to try to discredit Renaldo's voice so your's seems louder and more accurate, then you are failing.
Why make it about race... -sigh-
