and it was only a $300 gun.
I soon found out, though, that I might've wanted to save up for the more expensive model.
I figure when I get a handgun I'll probably go Walther or HK - those are the two that I'm used to from Airsoft
It's a good gun for learning, but .22 LR is a rimfire cartridge
and I can't take my CHL test with rimfire, for some reason...
That's odd
Of course, the other nice thing about Walther is that so long as they keep making Bond films, they're basically guaranteed never to go out of business
Still, advice I'll give you on getting your first gun, If you're wanting to learn to shoot, and don't want to blow through a wad of cash practicing
9mm PPQ?
Get a rifle that fires .22 LRs
they're about 7 cents a shot.
That's pretty good
If you're wanting to go shooting, and you want to feel the pain every time you miss
Get a Mosin. Ironsights, kicks like a mule, and steals 50-60 cents from you every time.
Well, it'll be another few months before I get any firearm, so I guess I have time to figure out what I really should get
Would you recommend finding a seller that has a firing range and trying them beforehand?
Probably. If you like spoilers.
My dad's an accountant, that's sort of ingrained in me at this point
Depending on where you are, you might not be able to find one.
I'm pretty sure I'll be able to find one where I live

Is it just me or did the AK not actually break? It seems like the guy's just accidentally bump firing.
that is extremely consistent rate of fire for bump firing
but its possible
i did notice his finger didn't leave the trigger well
Yeah, exactly. If it were really broken, it should have been firing independent of his actions, I would think. I think he was just pulling the gun forward with his off hand as he depressed the trigger with his dominant, without even realizing it. He panicked is all.
yeah, but it would be impressive for him to accidentally bump-fire the first time to start the chain reaction
I mean, surely like most things, the first guy to discover bump fire did so by accident, right?
