hallelujah dads and mommies, cowboys, rebels, yanks and commies, buy you're self some real red-blooded fun. If you want to make the grade, you've gotta have a hand grenade, and a full automatic G.I gun.
Daily reminder that you are allowed to own fighter jets. See the comment about Larry Ellison at the bottom of the article.

That's like saying you can own tanks but the tank cannon has to be deactivated
**Forgotten Weapons** Uploaded a new youtube video!

Ooo, neat
How much would you guys give for a day with gun Jesus
Well, its just a day, ~12h flight or so, overnight, so for me its somewhere in the 5k region or so.
My ammunition arrived. 😁
Can't use wolf ammo at my local range
Why, the steel?
yeah
Indoor ranges ban steel-cases ammo why?
They said its a possible fire risk.
I would have to assume it would have to do with the materials they use in the construction of the indoor ranges, or they are lying for some unknown reason
NRA Support for red flag laws (Extreme Risk Protection Orders):
Something I am not clear about with Extreme Risk Protection Orders (Red Flag Laws). How's depriving someone of their property without a trial and conviction first for due process? How exactly do judges "Temporarily" take someones guns before it "becomes a tragedy?" Does the police department send clowns with balloons and candy to their house graciously asking for them back, or a swat team in full gear with a search warrant giving them the force of law to rummage through your house?

@taekahn i always thought it was ricochets. steel is hard and tends to do that
*shrug* i only know what i was told by the guy at the desk.
```My ammunition arrived. :grin:```
Condolences....
```Indoor ranges ban steel-cases ammo why?```
Because they are mostly garbage and cause Malfunctions.
Having a stuck live round in your gun in a closed enviroment is a bad thing, wich is why they might have banned steel case ammo.
because YOU might shoot someone or even yourself.
You don't have much safe directions...
@Miss Direction
Watch that, its long but you see why:

Steel cased isnt garbage lol
Wouldn't the rifling have to be significantly stronger than the steel or risk damage?
I only shoot steel cased through my mosin and it works fine, i've shot steel cased through ARs and AKs and it's worked fine there too
Yeah steel cased ammo is a bit harder on the barrel apparently, but you save a lot of money shooting steel cased if you don't reload your ammo, even taking barrel replacements into consideration for total cost
They are wrapped in copper.
Hold on, i'll snap a pick
The projectile is still made of lead and coated in copper but the casing itself is steel
Oh, I see. And the steel casing is bad for reloading?
Yeah it's hard to reuse the steel casing with common reloading tools
Well, they wouldn't let me shoot the *bullets* on the indoor range.
Nothing to do with the casings.
They said the wolf bullets themselves were a problem. That because of the metal in them, there was a fire risk.

Guy talks really slow, might want 2x here.
```Steel cased isnt garbage lol```
I trust what Ian and Karl have to say more than your word.
And they say that Wolff Ammo is garbage
```Well, they wouldn't let me shoot the bullets on the indoor range.```
Yes, as I said, because the Ammo causes Issues and with those Issues it increases the danger for all people in the room if you don't deal with it the right way.
So I can understand that.
Just watch the Video, they try to shoot Wolff Ammo and they talk about it a bit in the Video as well. And also what happened to the Wolf Ammo.
Has nothing to do with the casing or a jam.
Watch the video i linked. Its exactly why *my* range, and *his* range won't allow them.
Because the actual bullets have steel in them.
Its also much shorter
I have steel cased for my rifle but it used the CETME system so they become a secondary shot unto themselves.
