Funny thing is, Humans should only live to 38 years
lifespan is mostly associated with how much pressure we put on our hearts, we have a finite range of heart beats
and then eventually your body accumulates mutations over time
which can lead to cancer
like 30 or 40 mutations or so can stack up during your lifetime
each of them collectively leading to the conditions that create out of control cell division
we can reduce our likelihood of mutation by being careful what we eat primarily.
