Afghan men have a very strange attitude towards homosexuality. They'll fuck other dudes no problem. It's damned near impossible to prevent them from fucking. But they ain't gay. They'll be balls deep in a man's ass and get mad if you call them gay.
I'm pretty sure anyone who has been on a FOB with ANA or ANP has stories like that. There's a reason why shower facilities have separate schedules. You do not want to go anywhere near them when it's Afghan time. It could be seen as an invitation. There's always prominent signage warning you that it's Afghan shower time.
