Last part I read, she was pregnant and everyone was on a boat. Not much was happening and the output was too slow for me to keep reading. Is it still ongoing?
ye, and the output picked back up again to ~weekly updates

isnt the artist for twokinds markiplier's brother or am i just dumb
yes, he is
Wait, is this an actual thing?
I wonder who has more fanart... Markiplier has a LOT broader reach, but furries tend to be more obsessive and Twokinds is still pretty huge
Obsessive as in manic, as in mentally ill? I'd agree.
I saw twokinds back in the day and got bored kinda fast..... I enjoyed the First chapter of the “Looking for Group” webcomic much more
I would say that furries tend to produce a lot of art though just due to the nature of the fandom... (there are lots of furries that are Markiplier fans though)
LFG definitely had a stronger start, but that one completely lost me waaaaaaay back whenever when it went on a weird side tangent or whatever. Can't remember. It's a shame I don't have so much time any more, there are definitely still a lot of good webcomics out there I haven't read that unfortunately have backlogs measuring in the 1000's of pages
Twokinds was cute... but didn’t seem to have a clear direction.... no “Skeletor” to the “He-man” of the story to drive it forward
If they have it now it took too damn long
Theres always this classic.
Not my thing but I’ve heard at least this makes some people feel better about being incontinent
yeah, 2kinds dances about for a long, LONG time never knowing what it wants to be, until finally settling on being a character driven drama, with characters getting their own arcs and dealing with their own personal and interpersonal issues. The "main story" has been on the backburner for YEARS and used more as a tool to introduce new scenarios for the characters to deal with.
like, the story spent several real-world years on a ship going from port A to port B because there were stories to be told on the ship with it's crew.
Is why I never got into it
What do you call military training?
Fanatic pro-government indoctrination?
In a sense. It was my understanding that it was drilled into the military that they serve the US Constitution and the people, not their commanding officers.
You follow the objectives and rules set out by your commanding officers. If that is deemed unconstitutional or against LOAC or Geneva, it is dealt with after the fact as whistleblowers.
Do it before, and you'll get an article 15 whether it is just or not.
"I was just following orders".
That's the kind of thing said by those who followed but did not speak out.
Which is apparently standard MO, by what you're saying.
It's easier to be a soldier than a citizen. At least in the military you're taught how to act and who you are through the use of technical orders and military code laws which you are actually trained and tested on. What do citizens take? Driver's license?
Pretty much, yeah. And all soldiers are citizens. At least, I would hope.
Why would you let a non-citizen fight in the regular military?
