Why do you think africans aren't western then?
Because they didn't develop the same forms of early governing that we did.
It'd take far more research for me to get a more detailed answer as to why, but to say that formation of governing bodies is genetic is insanity.
Europeans built monarchies
Africans built tribes.
Asia built monarchies

Over in the European corner of the world, we had Christianity.
Over in the Asian corner, Christianity wasn't as much of a factor.
So did other parts of the world.

yes I know religion is important but parts of Africa had it to but didn't become western.
You're talking about these factors as if it's just a single one that makes up a culture.
I think race is the defining factor. Western culutre in eastern europe survived communism becase culture is downstream from race.
And yet you think 'White' is a race.

that's really how you REALLY let them get you.
That's really how you let them be able to say 'There is no white culture', and actually have it sound true for a second.
Since we're actually French, Irish, English, Scottish, German, Spainish, Norse...
all of which have their own rich, vibrant cultures
