were having 2 sessions this week because last week he was temporarly exiled from the party for trying to be diplomatic with a necromancer we had prisoner by trying to insenuate the necromancer was a necrophile then AoO's him when he turns his back then brings him back to contiousness with a health potion then chases him down and hacks him with an axe to below 0hp AGIAN then trys to hide the body then lies about doing it when the party shows up a few seconds later

he did this infront of another party member who later squeels to the rest of the party
