The gymnast performs better without the net.
taking money away wont cause fathers to stay with the women they put babys into
it will just starve people
no but it won't promote women to get babies for free money either
There are certain incentives within the laws in place that promote fatherless households.
And create people who will rely on welfare
What Jayred and Ginga said are valid as well.
although Ginga's was a little crudely put.
hm maybe it would work if you made it "any application past this point" and ensured all applications prior
actually, both were. 😛
Heres the issue, people will be reckless and stupid regardless,
But you don't somehow make people more responsible by covering every mistake they make, they'll just be less caring because theres no chance for failure
because the thing you need to not do is starve people to death
people who CAN and WANT to work shoud not starve to death
they cant
welfare leeches can rot for all i care
People who CAN'T work but want to shouldn't starve, either.
you seem to beleive that jobs exist in these communitys where no ones had a job in generations
because of the wellfair problem
It's specifically the combination of Can and Don't Want To that are the problem.
the whole point of welfare is to support people who can't work, and be a safety net for people who accidentally failed and need a hand back up
Right now, welfare is a system where its "qualify and you get free money"
i know these people CAN work, your thinking on principle, you need to start thinking practicly. if the problem is people not working, and the problem has existed for generations, theres not likely to be many jobs in the neighberhood when millions of people need them.
and no i don't believe jobs exist in those communities, but what happened to moving away from those places in the first place?
thats not the easy way
exactly
the easy way is to kill people for money and food
So, the military?
Theres also buisnesses moving out
cant join the military
cant reed or write
The regulations dont help
100 years ago people dropped their lives and moved to Alaska for a mere hope at success,
Nowadays people can't even move out of their street
I can relate to an extent.
because culturally they dont think like those people who went to alaska
But I can only think of three scenarios.
1. The land they own is the only posession worth anything
2. They rent, but in that case, how do they afford it, anyway? (Also, that would imply work is available)
3. They're squatting on public land.
The concept of economy is not limited to money.
Where there's survival, there's economy.
Where there's land, there's potential.
