Australia is the driest inhabited continet on earth mate.
Yes we have alot of natural gas and coal that's not oil mate.
It's a contest on who is the thirstiest country. Girls, run.
Well, I mean, Australia's energy industry is notably crippled by policy.
But the reserves exist.
Yes I would agree with you there. Our energy policy is shit right now.
Until someone's straws reach all the way across the pacific
and drink
your milkshakes
Kinky
very.
DRAAAAAAAINAGE, eli!
Personally I think Australia should adopt nuclear energy we have the 3rd largest deposits of uranium in the world
I wonder, @Deleted User , do you have any Jewish or black friends?
Oh, probably.
Also you should, it's decently clean
At least for the amount of energy producted
More money needs to be put into decent emergency shutdown procedures and containment.
Yes I do have Jewish and black friends. The jewish ones live in Israel and the black ones live in Africa.
Let me guess, they hate the idea of living with you as much as you living with them?
I just think they should stay in their own countires.
So not really friends
I have nothing against them visting me I just don't want them living in my country and fell the same way.
I mean, for what it's worth, you can have Australia. I don't want you living in my country, either.
Lmao
That's fine with me.
this was what i was talking about earlier
an actual kang n shit
also the position of a world power is not predicated on economy but insted influince and international clout which is why both russia and china are world powers along with america, japan, and europe
economy is a factor in influince but so is military
you people were getting weird statistics for gdp because most of everything you were saying about it was wrong https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_(nominal)
personally i dont think gdp actually matters that much
when you messure gdp of different countrys or even a state like tx to a country you dont find that it actually has a radical effect on the standard of living people have. its more so that countrys with arguibly bad standards of living often have low gdp but those with incredibly high gdp dont really express and average prosparity or happyness beyond that of the less prosperous nation
Perhaps the Human development index is a better metric since it's based off life expectancy, education, and per capita income indicators.
😮 TIM'S A KPOP FAN
I haven't seen a bulbasaur bud hidden under the beanie yet
"Perhaps the Human development index is a better metric since it's based off life expectancy, education, and per capita income indicators"
That's generally an interesting and good idea. The communists don't like the GDP anyway, because their ideology rejects such things, and actually leads towards zero there, and they would lose out on Human Development too, because their life expectency plummets for an inability to sustain health care and even food production
Communists don't like the Human Development Index either, because it basically gives the same ratio
