@CreativeRealms That would happen too, they'd have to fund their own military, meaning less money to give to anyone, so they either stop funding migrants, or screw over the people more, who will then vote for people who will get rid of migrants and give back to the people

people acquire so much money, they don't know what do with it. so they just throw it away at random shit and call it "helping", then go a moral campaign against people going "why don't you do the same? i don't need 90% of my income, why do you still need it" and normal people go "because 90% my income goes to NOT BEING HOMELESS OR STARVING"
