2018-08-05 11:42:22 UTC

What a dumb cunt

2018-08-05 11:42:52 UTC

That makes me very happy.

2018-08-05 11:42:56 UTC

I'm pleased as punch.

2018-08-05 13:20:28 UTC

This trend is so lame I actually feel a bit of shadenfreude watching that

2018-08-05 16:07:01 UTC

What... trend

2018-08-05 16:56:48 UTC

speaking of that gun thing

2018-08-05 16:57:13 UTC

lots of law enfocement actually use this scene because it's accurate as hell

2018-08-05 16:59:03 UTC

Same goes for this video

2018-08-05 17:05:07 UTC

Lmao

2018-08-05 17:09:42 UTC

Yeah it's chilling.

2018-08-05 18:39:30 UTC

lol yep. that's how you get the workers on your side.

2018-08-05 18:46:13 UTC

I'm all into capitalism and I think tipping is retarded though

2018-08-05 19:19:28 UTC

As someone who as used my tip jar for my drugs I have to disagree. It is a good motivator for good service when you're feeling shitty and a good weapon to bash shitty workers around the head with.

2018-08-05 19:19:31 UTC

I've heard black people don't tip much if at all. #Entitlement

2018-08-05 19:19:51 UTC

but it assumes that you deserve bad service

2018-08-05 19:20:12 UTC

if a service is bad somewhere, you just won't go there anymore. Simple

2018-08-05 19:20:21 UTC

How? There's a standard, then there's above that line

2018-08-05 19:20:48 UTC

Yeah if the service is below standard just don't go. Unless the food is to die for, then proceed to get food poisoning but just can't quit it

2018-08-05 19:21:08 UTC

It is a way for the customer to their gratitude.

2018-08-05 19:21:09 UTC

I'm in Japan, all service is "above the line". Tipping is forbidden

2018-08-05 19:21:19 UTC

I prefer it this way actually

2018-08-05 19:21:26 UTC

That makes sense for you then

2018-08-05 19:22:38 UTC

restaurants that have better service always tend to get more success anyway. So I don't think tipping makes any difference

2018-08-05 19:23:09 UTC

I wouldn't like to see a future in which Japan loses its nationalist superiority. That'd be a hard fall.

2018-08-05 19:23:10 UTC

It also shifts the risk to the employee

2018-08-05 19:23:25 UTC

We had a waitress that didn't care about her work. She didn't do anything wrong but her heart was not in it. Showing her tips from tables that didn't have her at the end of the night could show her in numbers that we aren't just talking shit. She really was grumpy and it effected everyoner.

2018-08-05 19:24:08 UTC

it's the employer responsibility, if he keeps her, it's affecting his business directly
