2018-09-12 15:47:12 UTC

there was always a pair of countries looking for weapons to kill each-other

2018-09-12 17:41:08 UTC

OMG EUROPE LEGITIMATELY BEGGED TO BE FUCKED AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO RUIN THE INTERNET FOR EVERYONE

2018-09-12 17:41:20 UTC

2018-09-12 17:43:02 UTC

2018-09-12 17:43:29 UTC

prepare your anus

2018-09-12 17:43:40 UTC

they are going in dry

2018-09-12 17:57:19 UTC

It's not. It's now in the hands of the government reps each country has in the EU that actually choose what laws go in to place. We can bitch at our government to slap it down but if we couldn't get the people we vote for to side with us then we aren't going to get the rep to listen. It was nice while it lasted.

2018-09-12 18:04:24 UTC

The EU is seriously losing power and influence though.

2018-09-12 18:10:45 UTC

Are they? We (UK) haven't left yet. They own Greece, they all just voted to threaten Hungary with sanctions, nobody seem to make a peep about forming an EU army. Please show me where they are losing power.

2018-09-12 18:22:56 UTC

YEah, in a big way they are. Euroskeptic politicians have been elected in droves in multiple countries including Italy, France, Germany, UK, and much of Eastern Europe. Both in national elections and in EU elections, Euroskeptics are gaining power very steadily!

2018-09-12 18:23:11 UTC

A guy I really like following on this is Dr. Steve Turley, he documents a ton of it with good social science data.

2018-09-12 18:23:45 UTC

And Merkel--the figurehead that really keeps the EU what it is, is in huge trouble:

2018-09-12 18:23:51 UTC

I recommend Turley's channel in a big way.

2018-09-12 18:24:10 UTC

I think @Timcast would especially appreciate Steve Turley, he's got info no one else has got, and he's a very respectable academic.

2018-09-12 18:24:36 UTC

I can't past a link for some reason but look for "Steve Turley Merkel's Gov't On Bring As Germans Reject Open Borders"

2018-09-12 18:25:35 UTC

There it went. Watch that, look at his other videos too. EU/Globalists are in trouble in Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Italy, Germany, Sweden (YES SWEDEN!) and other countries.

2018-09-12 18:33:43 UTC

yeah, guy from poland in here earlier talking about it, and sweden.

2018-09-12 18:34:15 UTC

clearly Hungary hasn't made the EU happy, Italy has had problems for a long time, so only a matter of time

2018-09-12 18:34:30 UTC

didn't know about Germany having a problem but not surprised

2018-09-12 18:35:07 UTC

UK is clearly waking up, double that with Article 11 and 13. and Trump is doing nothing to help

2018-09-12 18:35:12 UTC

well, help the EU

2018-09-12 18:45:49 UTC

I've seen a couple of his vids but mainly just when I come across them, I'll give him a watch. Yes there is a Euro skeptic rise across the EU, most of which has come to a head coz Brexit gave them the balls. When this is all said and done and we are still under their thumb it will die off. The smaller countries would find it near impossible to leave. Merkel may be the figure head but she is by know means the one in charge. They aren't worried in the slightest. If they were then they wouldn't keep running their mouth about more integration.

______
'Hoarding money' isn't harmful. Chang my mind

2018-09-12 19:53:25 UTC

Withholding money arbitrarily ramps up inflation doesn't it? It's theirs to save, but keeping it out of the economy drives inflation up

2018-09-12 19:54:21 UTC

Opposite, actually.

2018-09-12 19:54:56 UTC

The economy is geared towards constant instant spending, which is probably a really bad idea tbh

2018-09-12 19:55:06 UTC

If everyone stopped spending no one would be able to get paid. A countries economy is based off the movement of money. Not how rich one person is.

2018-09-12 19:55:09 UTC

It becomes an absolutely bad idea when you factor in the reliance on debt

2018-09-12 19:55:14 UTC

Hoarding money? or hoarding value?

2018-09-12 19:56:17 UTC

So, money only has value based on shares of goods and labor.

2018-09-12 19:57:08 UTC

money is nothing more than cloth like paper

2018-09-12 19:57:17 UTC

It *should* but it's also representative of currency manipulation

2018-09-12 19:57:49 UTC

Money is a neutral representation of goods and labor

2018-09-12 19:58:25 UTC

"neutral" is a big word though, just because, actual value is subjective.

2018-09-12 19:58:26 UTC

Inflation is based on circulation right?

2018-09-12 19:58:33 UTC

rather currency in circulation

2018-09-12 19:58:39 UTC

@Blackhawk342 most are agreed now inflation is caused by excess money supply.

2018-09-12 19:58:53 UTC

So yeah, too much in circulation basically.
