Many ways. Adoption. Some couples have kids from previous relationships. Lesbians can get pregnant from anonymous donors.

I think it's one of those things that some people struggle with when you're talking about homosexual couples and kids. I was hoping maybe to get a bit better insight into how it worked for when I talk with other people.
My children are biological for both of us since when they were concieved I produced viable sperm and my wife produced viable eggs and had a functional uterus. I'm a decade out post-op transwoman. That said I know some lesbians with biological children. Also both gay and lesbian with kids from previous marriage. In some cases the previous spouse is dead or otherwise unable to be a parent anymore.
I believe the teenage pregnancy rate amongst homosexuals is higher than that of heterosexuals.

People are far more likely to experiment so even full on homosexual individuals will have heterosexual intercourse in order to figure things out. The underlying problem of teen pregnancy in general however is a cultural issue amongst lgbt
