if you go authoritarian you step on people
if you go too liberal, you leave the floor open to authoritarians to gain power
If you go too left, you get too decentralised and idiots can take over
if you go too right, you gain caste systems

if everyone works their fullest for no "extra benefit" and doesn't complain, communism/socialism works

If everyone works their hardest and accepts not everyone can be at the top, anarcho-capitalism works
