if you can increase the african IQ to 100 average for example, the shear amount of people that will be genius in africa will skyrocket, especially with the population boom comming up there soon

more geniouses will help us tackle problems like global warming, and the energy crisis

I imagine a start to raising the iq of Africa is making it so they don't need to fight their environment. I.E. nature, as much.

i think gene manipulation is the only surefire way to increase IQ that i know of atm

education also does not seem to be the answer, civil war disrupts the learning process to much

im more worried about genetic manipulation having unforseen long term consequences

as knowing everything a series of genes does is near impossible

lets say you imprint smarty genes on africans

cant do all of em, impossible task

so some get smarter then others

smart people tend to breed with each other more then with dumber people, on average

will this create expression of regressed genes in the new african elite?

good news for that though is that troughout the ages smart peeps tend to have enough resources to pass off more offspring, known as the multi generational wealth distribution effect

and part of the reason we dont get data on this specificly, is because race and IQ is soo touchy
