look Wacka, if you test all people for a difference in Race to IQ ratio, and the races who come out "better" keep changing, you've DISPROVEN that race has a difference in IQ
if however it shows a clear difference, you have instead proven it
that there is a difference
but that does happen ... pretty sure that happens
like in some groups black people will have higher IQs than white people ...
unless you are actually claiming that every test with 10 or more people thats been conducted has always shown one result
no, i'm claiming, that if we were to test the entire world with the same IQ test, and you rate them by race to IQ ratio,
the result is relevant, because if say on average black people score 20 points lower, you have then proven that in current humanity, black people are on AVERAGE lower of IQ
if that is NOT the case, and on average they are the same
you have then pissed off the alt-right, AND proven there is no relation
(you wont do it though, data is pretty solid)
but you will never get a same average
you don't have to
that would be crazy to have a same average
you dont have to have the exact same average
but if there is a clear gap in average values, with some race clearly coming out on top every single time
you can draw a conclusion
Im pretty sure its not always one group on top
asians or jews on top
usually depends if they even test jews as a seperate group, or as part of the nation they reside in
well we never tested all of humanity, so we can't say for sure
i disagree that that is always the case
however we can clearly say that the average african is dragged down substantionally due to Africa being far behind in educational support for its people
you cant always determine some things... no matter how big the sample is
you can actually
sample sizes merely refine the numbers
I learnt this trying to work out random binary compression techniques back in college
It's always been based on culture and region, hasn't it?
yes
and education
and twin studies where you take babies out of their culture and place them in another, and see the result, and compare it to the other twin and its enviroment
same genes expressed differently in different environs
with some things its like trying to work out a fingerprint by taking an average of lots of people .. you can have a sample size of the whole world - its not going to tell you anything
either you don't know what the word "average" means, or you're simply wrong
i dono, could you predicts finger print patterns based on genetic data of the parents
no
i dono if you can inherit that shit
where else does the construction information come from though
is it cultural?
even identical twins have completely different fingerprints
even with the same DNA
