How dumb can this guy be
I think labour requirements can be met with the native population.
Birth rates are falling
And will continue to
"dictatorial power" and "forcible suppression of opposition" pop out as noticeable negatives
Is that inherent to the ideology though?
Or a by-product
Promore the idea of family to the populace, have some sort of reward for families who have more than 2 kids.
Tyranny and anti-democracy is directly tied to Fascism, yes
I wouldn't consider it simply a "by-product"
@Dr.Cosby Dictatorial power isn't always bad. I make the cases of Ataturk and Ayub Khan who greatly improved their nations. They were both dictators.
A necessary evil for a greater good.
Boys
I've turned off notifications for this channel twice
Help
Ree
It broke
Wdym?
I've set the notifications to mentions only
I also don't think democracy is a necessity.
@Tool Hm. Change it to every message then back to mentions only.
A nationalist dictatorship is bad. Short term (like during war) there can be benefits, but for the most part it's bad. Picking out some cases where perhaps it turned out "ok" isn't a very good argument
Civil liberty will always come first for me
George Orwell wrote in 1944 that "the word 'Fascism' is almost entirely meaningless...almost any English person would accept 'bully' as a synonym for 'Fascist'".
@Dr.Cosby It didn't turn out 'ok'. The decade or so that those two were in power, they're both regarded as the best leaders for their two nations in history.
@Dr.Cosby By the way. Under Ayub Khan, Pakistan gave loans to Germany in 1966.
Democracy holds people accountable
Or is supposed to
Lol and there are successful Monarchies with widely-loved rulers as well
That's called LUCK
He made their nuclear technology and developed tight relationships with America and Britain.
Not luck.
They both knew what to do for their nation.
You don't base your government on getting lucky to have a "good" dictator
None of you are American
I prefer the term benevolent dictator.
I'm American
Is it that easy to tell?
Also Russian, dual citizenship
