I actually don't have an opinion. I feel people can do what they want with there lives aslong as it does not effect or hurt others.

@maxtrainboy I think the line should be based on the actual genitals of the person. Lady genitals, women's bathroom, women's prison, etc. Men's genitals, men's bathroom, men's prison, etc. Doesn't matter how you were born, just what's between your legs now.

I feel zygote cause it is rapidly developing and nerves can be developed at any stage really.

Ultimately I believe in the rational objective method of sentience

the cells can not think or even respond to pain until around 24 weeks iirc would have to check again, but I personally see those as basic requirements of being a "human"

There is also the viability belief as well, in that before that timeframe it is 100% impossible for the fetus to survive outside of the womb
