Can go either way. On one hand it’s an oppressive government but at the same time it might not be oppressive enough to justify violence yet.

Poppy if you take the US as an example the military wouldn’t fight the people but rather the government if it became tyrannical so it’s not always the case. Maybe it is in the UK though.
