I'm seeing the 25th Amendment being brought up a lot. I guess they're trying to shame or pressure cabinet officials into declaring Trump incapacitated.
Doesn't seem as if it's any easier to have him removed under the 25th as compared to the regular impeachment process. Just means there's no trial or 'high crimes or misdemeanors' necessary.
Really a dumb move on his part. Kavanaugh is going to be confirmed regardless, and he risks being removed from office and barred from holding public office in the future.
